Former Dover Air Force Base manager charged with falsifying records
Wilmington, Del AP report states former civilian Dover Air Force Base commissary manager Moore faced two counts of falsifying inventories and profit loss records. Prosecutors say he claimed 3,708 pounds of corned beef existed in the meat department refrigerator when it did not. Moore, with 18 years at the base, was demoted last December after the investigation.
