Graduation Day for Local Nurses Amid National Events
Washington Ing’s class of 1968 at South Hagerstown High School received diplomas in a brief ceremony shadowed by national events. A silent tribute followed the late Senator Kennedy’s assassination as Dr. Mable Walter urged graduates to serve the poor and face life’s unequal path.
