Seven year old William Lushbaugh died after leaning against a charged wire screen around a Baer Brothers potato storage bin on North Foundry street. Eight year olds Jackie McCollan and Albert Sigler were badly shocked and burned, taken to Washington County Hospital, electricians found a ground wire in a switch box energized the screen, and police cordoned the area as current was disconnected.

County Youth Treated At Hospital After Beating

Two Girls Narrowly Escape Drowning At Picnic
