Six Named in Trust Thefts in New York Case
Four of six men accused by District Attorney Thomas E. Dewey of looting seven investment trusts with assets over 16 million are jailed after their arrest. The men allegedly obtained 5 dollars invested to seize 13.5 million in trusts, dissipating 4.3 million. Morin and Robb were captured in Boston, Frear in Washington, Ferretti in New York.

Two Men Arrested on Liquor Charges in Keedysville
Arthur Flock and Arthur McCoy were arrested by Federal Investigators Cushwa and Walker in Keedysville district on illegal possession and transportation of liquor. They allegedly transported a five gallon jug of whiskey before discarding it in the Potomac river. The whiskey could not be recovered and both men were jailed in Washington County awaiting arraignment before U. S. Commissioner D Angie Wolfinger.

Two cars were badly damaged in a collision at Summit avenue and Antietam street about 11 o'clock last night. The drivers were C. Paul Weaver of North Locust street and Hershel B. Trumpower of West Church street. Weaver was charged with failure to give the right of way by Patrolman L. C. Karn. No injuries were reported.
