George Turner of Keedysville was found along the railroad tracks near the third bridge late Saturday night seriously injured. He was rushed to Washington County Hospital with lacerations and shock. hospital staff described his condition as fair. Railroad officials had no comment as locals said the train crew did not know of the accident.
