Washington County Hospital Nears Occupancy Start
Rapid progress sits behind the Washington County Hospital project with completion set for September 1. The seven story, 130 bed facility will feature a fire proof build, solariums on each floor, two large elevators, a roof garden, Imperial sterilization rooms, and separate wards on floors two and three. The emergency room and doctors and nurse spaces will occupy the new right wing while the old building gains admin and lab use. Parking improvements and driveway widening accompany the project led by J Henry Miller Inc. The hospital aims to be among the nation’s best in this region.
