New York July 9 The Nassau County Grand Jury declined to indict Dorothea Kassady a 30 year old servant girl in the death of John L. Burness. Officials say she will be sent to a State home as a wayward minor after rejecting her father's plea to come home. Dr Adelbert Matthews called her a border line case and noted she likely lied about the killing. Dorothea faced her sobbing father in the corridor as he sought to take her home after three years apart.
