Viet Cong Says Fall in Fighting Is Only Stage Set For Offensive

In Havana the estranged wife Deanne Washington appeals directly to Fidel Castro for custody of her 1 year old daughter Jennifer. She had telegraphed Castro earlier as husband Thomas George Washington refused to relinquish the child.
