Blood donors sought for Red Cross mobile unit visit
The Red Cross Blood Donor registration office in Public Square reports strong turnout for the February 11 12 13 visit of a mobile unit. A 12 year old local doctor’s son was politely refused due to age rules, prompting a grateful response from Mrs. Robert McCauley chairwoman. Registrations continue at 2193 and appointments can be made for the days here. Donors need about 43 minutes total with 10 minutes for blood draw and the rest for registration rest and refreshments. No work time loss or aftereffects.

Farewell dinner for officer leaving for Army duty
