Two Overcome In Unusual Accident In Annapolis

Youth Killed In Coasting Mishap
Oakland Md Jan 29 Har old Ott 9 was fatally injured and Lawrence Welch 14 hurt when their sled was struck by a motor vehicle on the hill where they were coasting. Ott suffered a fractured skull and other injuries and died after his sled collided with a machine driven by Leslie Ashby Crellin Md four miles west of here. Welch received a broken knee cap and facial injuries and was taken to Cumberland Hospital.

Collision injures two drivers near Welsh Run
Automobiles of Harvey R. Myers of Mason-Dixon and Joseph H. Myers of Mercersburg were damaged in a head on crash Monday afternoon a mile west of Welsh Run. Both drivers escaped injury. Pennsylvania State Police investigated the accident.
