SPCA Reports Busy Year for Washington County
The Washington County SPCA recorded seventeen cruelty investigations in 1942 covering horses cattle sheep and dogs. The Mullenix kennel housed 79 cats and 1107 dogs, while 86 dogs and 68 cats were euthanized at owners’ request.
