A regional meeting of Southern States Cooperative board members was led by T. Roy Brookes at Hotel Hamilton. Roy C. F. Weagly and C. T. Cline spoke on postwar planning and feed and seed supplies as weather and shipping delay seed. About 32 people from Hagerstown Hancock Charles Town and Berkeley Springs cooperatives attended to discuss planning for the coming years.
