Annapolis Md January 15 authoritative sources claim the budget Gov Harry W Nice plans to submit to the Legislature for 1938 39 will call for total appropriations of about two million over current figures. The increase is needed for care of the insane teachers and restored pay for classified service plus additional beds for Negro tubercular patients.
