Two Held In Liquor Case In Washington County
Two men faced liquor law charges in Washington County with one fined 150 dollars and another bonded at 500 dollars for a hearing at 4 pm Joseph Keefer was among those arrested as agents raided a residence on Charles Street finding eight men and women and about twenty endows of whiskey. Weaver bonded for a hearing and others were dismissed. Weaver had prior liquor violation conviction and served time in the House of Correction.
