Minister Speaks On Beginning Of English Literature
Minister D N B Holsopple spoke yesterday afternoon at the library launching a series on English literature. He traced theatre from church origins with miracles and biblical plays and noted clergymen were early actors. The audience filled the hall as he, formerly a Juniata College professor, outlined Shakespearean drama to follow.
