Three Youths Sentenced For Break In At Grand Union
In Hedgesville West Virginia three youths Donald Victor Miller 21 Edgar David Ashton 17 and Donald Lee Runkles 19 were given lenient sentences of 12 months in the Washington County Jail for breaking and entering and petty larceny at the Grand Union Supermarket Halfway on December 17. They received concurrent sentences on the two charges and were found not guilty of receiving stolen goods. Their church and family witnesses described them as well behaved and faithful. None had prior criminal records. Circuit Court Judge D K Mc Laughlin presided.
