Convicted of Robbery at Roxbury Reformatory Case
State Reformatory for Males at Roxbury convict yesterday of stealing a revolver and cash from a home on the reservation. A revolver found in a bedroom at a Frederick rooming house linked to the crime. Fraley claimed release from the reformatory last November and immediate travel to Frederick county. A witness said he saw Fraley near the reformatory the next day. Officers also found clothing and teeth at the rooming house identified as Fraley’s. Stanley Otzelberger pleaded guilty to non support of three children and was ordered to pay 10 dollars weekly. Fred L Leatherman was found guilty of non support and ordered to pay eight dollars weekly for four children. Fred Laverne Fales was acquitted of non support.

Escaped German Prisoners Nabbed in Hagerstown
Two German POWs from Camp Detrick were captured at the local bus terminal by Patrolmen Edward Kuhlman and Charles Wolford last night. Otto Losen, 31, and Siegfred Muetzel, 24, admitted escaping and were taken to Camp Detrick authorities. Muetzel, who spoke fair English, said they walked from Detrick to near Middletown, boarded a bus to Hagerstown, then bought tickets to Pittsburgh before suspicion rose. They resisted handcuffs, had few documents, and carried a handmade suitcase with bread, butter, wallets, and other camp belongings. They had been in the U.S. about 11 months.
