Nolan Motors Incorporated was granted articles of incorporation yesterday by the State Tax Commission. Authority was given to issue 250 shares of preferred stock and 250 shares of common stock. The company will take over the Ford agency in Hagerstown and occupy the East Washington Street garage formerly used by Hudson Essex.
