Coblentz to Stand Trial on March 4
Emory L. Coblentz former head of the default Central Trust Company of Maryland will be tried March 4 in Baltimore before Judge George A. Solter on charges of violations of banking laws. The indictment, returned in Howard County and moved to Baltimore, accuses the Frederick banker and former State Senator of fraudulent corporate representations. The case will be prosecuted by James Clark, former Howard County State’s Attorney.
