Niece H Seever of Kenton Tenn aided by a janitor in disposing of apparatus after a dispute. Seever, suffering intestinal distress, sent to a drug store for relief. Seil Old Graveyard and numerous petitioners sue St Marys Roman Catholic Church and Cardinal Gibbons in Baltimore seeking sale of the Walnut and Bethel street graveyard. The M. M. Association executive committee informally discussed a proposed $60,000 bond issue to promote new industries in Hagerstown. No action was taken. A full association meeting will be called to discuss the bill. Proponents won't push without amendments to create a non political Board of Industrial Trustees or manager under the Mayor and Council to invest the funds.

The Undine Milling Co plant at Williamsport was sold by the Mechanics Loan and Buying Institute to Clarence Fearnow on private terms. Fearnow, formerly of Berkeley County, is John Ream’s son-in-law and plans to downsize the mill, install chopping machinery, and operate it with Ream’s help, taking charge around April 1.
