Guy Crouse of near Petersville Frederick County pleaded guilty and was sentenced to eighteen months in prison and fined 600. Police report: nurse kills wife then himself in Baltimore
In Baltimore on February 10, Jamory Martin, 44, an unemployed male nurse, shot and killed his wife, a hospital employee, then wounded himself during a quarrel over methods to feed their six year old daughter. Medical Examiner Henry J. Wollenweber ruled murder and death by suicide. The wife’s mother, Elizabeth Colter, testified she heard the dispute and found the couple after the shooting. Martin had suffered a nervous disorder and low spirits.
