State's Anti-Red Law Reinstated
In an Annapolis appeal, the Maryland Court of Appeals ruled the case premature and did not rule on most provisions of the anti red law. Judge Henderson said complainants have no standing since none have faced prosecution. The court upheld one provision for a special Assistant Attorney General to head antisubsversive investigations, but held other provisions not properly before them.
