Utilities Here Being Guarded In Hagerstown
Hagerstown public utilities are under 24 hour guard for ten days and will continue. Mayor Richard H. American Ace Killed While Testing Plane
In Rangoon Burma on February 9 Bob Neale of Seattle assumed command of a squadron of the American Volunteer Group, succeeding R J Sandell of San Antonio Texas who was killed in an accidental crash two days earlier.
