Air Corps Sets New Flying Altitude Limits
Washington February 5 Major General James Fecbet chief of the Air Corps fixed new altitude limits for high flyers. Without oxygen they may not fly over people below 16 000 feet. With oxygen devices the limit rises to 75 000 feet. The minimum altitude over populated areas is now 75 feet.

Harrison Acquitted of Slaying Man in Shepherdstown
Clarence J. Harrison, a former Local garage employee, was acquitted by a Charles Town jury of the murder of Shirley of Shepherdstown last September. The jury deliberated about two hours before returning the verdict shortly before midnight.
