The Em manuel Evangelical United Brethren Church youth held a Thursday banquet in the church social room with guest speaker Ray Charles Shelley of St Pauls Evangelical United Brethren. Soprano Alma Moore sang two pieces accompanied by Kathleen Huffer. Hazel Secrist led singing. Committee members included Willa Meese J Brown Edmund Wyand Huffer and Hazel Cash. The group also led the midweek service. The February meeting of the Women’s Christian Temperance Union of Hagerstown will be at First Baptist Church Tuesday at 2 30 p m with members urged to bring Christmas cards.
