Girl Receives Six Months For Habitual Drunkard Charge
Charlotte Arvin Barker, 27, without address, was sentenced to six months in the State Woman's Prison after conviction by Magistrate Martin V. B. Frederick County Increases Tax Rate To Boost Teachers
