Robert L. Emery 35 of Boonsboro, a Roberts Paving mechanic, was killed when his small truck crashed into a parked car on Liberty road near Unionville Frederick county. Hobart Corum, owner of the parked car, was clearing chains. Emery appears not to have seen the car. Corum exonerated by Justice Bowlus. Survived by wife Mildred Coard, mother, two Wisconsin brothers, and two children from a former marriage.
