Lone Survivor Tells Of Crash
Norfolk, Va. Dec. 18 Mrs. Joseph W. Akins of Kinksport Tenn mumbled yesterday as she visited her naval ensign husband the lone survivor of a two plane collision that killed seven men. Akins crawled to safety through a blister on the patrol bomber after it collided with a Corsair above the air station. He said the ship was just riding as a passenger and described the moment the control tower waved off the approach. He walked away from the crash as rescue rushed in.

Hills may be Cut on Route 11 Between City and Williamsport
