Baltimore December 14 The State's Attorney Herbert R O Connor said the auditors full information was given to the grand jury showing that more than three quarters of the road fund shortage was chargeable to men now serving sentences or dead. Nine others were charged with possible irregularities totaling 52007 and irregularities charged to those already sentenced or dead reached 304136.61 of the eight year shortage of 376138.11. About 20000 remained uncharged. Names of others held responsible were withheld. Deputy State Auditor Daniel H Carrol and two representatives of Haskins and Sells aided the audit and were summoned before the grand jury.
