The first fish pond on a farm in Washington County was completed and stocked. On the Charles Papa 132 acre farm along Route 40 near Death Curve, the pond covers one half acre with clay dikes, a concrete dam, and a six inch tile intake. Cracking Down in Circuit Court on Whiskey Sale
