Merchants Seek injunction Against Sale At City Store
An equity suit filed by Odell H. Rosen James W. Barris and Odello M. Leiter against H B Cramer trading as Gage Clothing seeks to block a closeout sale by the defendant and to halt issuance of a new license until full compliance with the law. Judge Irvine H Rutledge ordered relief unless the defendants show cause by December 10. The plaintiffs allege lack of merchant inventory and seek to bar advertising for sale until a valid permit is obtained. The action names County Commissioners, cites October license approval, and requests bond requirements be enforced.
