Pen Garden Elects Officers for Year at Special Meeting

Also noted is the first overhead trolley line installed in Richmond Virginia in 1887 and a gun presented to Mont Alto by the United States Government to be placed at the Mont Alto state Bank lawn with a marker for World War II soldiers.
