Maxie Rohrer four of Artizan street Williamaport was seriously injured Saturday evening when he crossed into the path of a car driven by Milton Moats of Pineshburg near his home. He suffered a broken left leg a head fracture and three teeth were knocked out. The lad was taken to Washington County Hospital where his condition remained serious. A separate crash on Maryland avenue left one man with brush burns and hospitalized after Thomas Kregio’s car collided with a motorcycle driven by John Henry Barnes. Barnes and rider William Moner were treated. Kregio was fined $3 in city court for failing to yield the right of way.

Frederick Man Is Killed In Accident
Frederick Md August 24 Preston Clay Sheets 19 of Frederick was fatally injured last night when his automobile and a milk truck sideswiped two miles west of here on Route 40.
