Boonsboro marks its 107th anniversary with a large homecoming parade planned at 2 p.m. on Main Street. The route includes state officers, the Rohrersville Band, many historical floats, Civil War veterans, veterans groups, Boy Scouts, and the Goddess of Liberty. If rain cancels, events move to Monday at the same hour.
