Two Men Escape From Penal Farm In Maryland
Two prisoners escaped from Maryland State Penal Farm at Roxbury yesterday evening and were later captured by police and farm attendants. Charles B. Parker, 35, of Baltimore, and Garnet Creager, 15, were found after a several hour pursuit. Parker, serving a two year House of Correction term, was recovered near Skomo yards along the Downsville pike and will be returned to custody. Creager, arrested for unauthorized automobile use, was moved to the farm on Monday.

New Thirteenth Juror Law to Start September
