CINCINNATI Aug 20 The Truman War Plant investigation told Wright Aeronautical Corp to lift quality and quantity at its Lockland plant or the Army would seize control. The three hour hearing showed current output at one sixth and one twelfth of capacity. Truman said the plant is well toolied but poorly managed and urged management improvement. Curtiss-Wright president Vaughn blamed issues on conditions and predicted a return to prior pace in two to three months with a substantial rise in employment to reach design capacity of the $55 000 000 facility.
