Church Hill Centennial Celebration Brings Wanderers Home
More than one hundred former residents from New Jersey Ohio Delaware New York Indiana Illinois and the District of Columbia joined St John’s Lutheran at Charen Hill two miles north of Myersville to celebrate the church centennial. The service opened with Holy Communion led by Rev Henry C Kraft with over five hundred participating. Rev Dr William A Wade of Baltimore preached on the relation between Christ and his disciples.
