Bonds will be repaid at the Feagerstown Ball upon Prostitution with interest to August 4, 1902. Interest will accrue at the stated rate until payment. By order of the Board, A. Albert, President. Washington County Commissioners announce bond redemption within days at Hagerstown Bank. They will pay specific amounts for various bonds maturing 1913 1918 1903 1908 and earlier, including accrued interest to presentation. By order of the Board A. E. Albert pres John Wagaman clerk.
