Arch Young Dies, Noted Cumberland Lawyer
Arch A. Young, 50, prominent criminal attorney, died suddenly last night at his Cumberland home after a brief illness. A Republican and active in fraternal groups, he drew interest for a future mayoral bid. He is survived by his widow, mother, two sons, and one daughter.
