Serious Charges Will Be Preferred In Hancock Case
Two men are under arrest in Hancock charged with driving while intoxicated and obstructing the Western Maryland Railway after an automobile was left abandoned on the tracks Sunday night. Lieut. E. J. Chapman said Charles Swisher of Big Cove Pa Ernest Hart and Don Crouse of Big Cove were in the car found on the rails at about 9 pm and a section man had to flag a train. The car was moved and later driven onto the tracks again and abandoned, leading to charges against Swisher and Hart for operating under the influence and obstructing the railway.
