Salis bury Maryland April 14 A long dry era ends as 3.2 percent beer becomes legal this weekend in Worcester Wicomico Somerset Dorchester and Cecil counties with delays in Talbot Kent and Queen Annes due to license notices. Caroline remains only area on the Eastern Shore where more than a half per cent sale is banned. A referendum Sept 12 will decide if Caroline joins the statewide law.
