The U S District Court in Baltimore exonerated receivers of the New York Central Iron Co and dismissed injunctions against them in a suit by Henry F P Wingert and others. The appeal will be heard in Richmond. The Wingert suit claimed receivers conspired in disposing of 239 shares during bankruptcy proceedings.

Forty five chickens and eighty two rabbits were destroyed in a fire that swept a frame building owned by J Fred Ehlers on South Boulevard shortly before eight o'clock yesterday evening. Coops in the structure were ruined and the blaze did not spread to other buildings as firemen extinguished the flames. The cause was not determined.
