Wilmington April 11 The stockholders of E I Du Pont de Nemours and Co Inc voted overwhelmingly for a new company financed pension plan. Of 36 975 376 shares voting 99 4 percent favored the plan which guarantees a 100 per month minimum retirement income including primary social security benefits at age 66 for all employees with 26 or more years service. Company officials said many employees expected to retire in the next decade will exceed the minimum.
