Harry A. Manley 63 president and general manager of the Cumberland Fair Association died suddenly in Memorial Hospital from a heart attack. Born April 10, 1880 in Harrisburg he came to Cumberland 35 years ago and worked with Second National Bank and Cumberland Brewing. He served as City Commissioner of Police and Fire beginning September 1939 and did not seek reelection in 1940. He held numerous Masonic and Shrine titles and helped found Cumberland Court No. 117 Royal Order of Jesters. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
