State Y Meet at Frederick

Secretary Steele and four men will represent the local Y at the State Convention of Y M C A to be held in Frederick this afternoon. Delegates from Delaware and the District of Columbia will be present, a state committee may be elected, and a state secretary chosen to direct Y M C A work across the state.
