First Army Gunboat Woodruff Launched at Manila
Manila June 29 The gunboat Woodruff the first army built vessel here was launched this morning. Constructed under the Quartermaster Department it was christened by Mrs Clem wife of Colonel John M Clem chief quartermaster.
