San Francisco June 20 Judge De Haven did not issue an order in the Eppinger matter by noon as court clerks closed for Saturday. Briefs from creditors and Eppinger attorneys were filed yesterday. A decision is expected Monday. The grand jury will meet Wednesday night to consider Eppinger & Co and Pacific Warehouse Company affairs.
