Francisco Duarte a 70 year old Mexican was arrested by Marshal McKamy after threats to kill his family with an axe. Duarte lived at 919 Twentieth Street and attacked both houses, women and children fled. McKamy disarmed him. he calmed at the County Jail. Later J M Jones was arrested after a long fight for alleged robberies, failing to flee town and resisting officers with a revolver fired to stop him.
