In spite of stormy weather a large crowd saw Aurelio Herrera of Bakersfield and Charles Neary of Milwaukee in a brisk twenty round bout. The fight was fast every minute with each man alternating in the ring. The outcome was a draw after the scheduled twenty rounds.
