Newt Walker Case Called in Superior Court

Newt Walker faced the court over the April killings of Dave Burton and James Bagsby at Havilah as the hearing drew a large crowd including the defendant’s father and Burton’s relatives. An autopsy physician’s illness caused delays and a deposition was taken at the physician’s residence before a postponement to 10 o'clock Tuesday.
